IPV Prints is operated by Inflection Point Ventures LLC. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone, and shipping and billing addresses when you order, request a quote or contact us, plus any files or photos you send for custom work.
- Payment information: processed by Zoho Payments. We don't receive or store full card numbers.
- Site data: basic technical information such as browser type, pages visited and cookies needed to run the store and your cart.
How we use it
To process and ship orders, prepare quotes, provide customer support, send order and shipping updates, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations. If you opt in, we may also send occasional emails about new products, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the business: our store and payment platform (Zoho), shipping carriers, and our accountants or legal advisers when required. We don't sell or rent your personal information.
Your files
Designs and photos you send for custom orders are used only for your order. We don't share or sell them, and we'll delete them on request.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.
Your choices
Email helpme@ipvprints.com to access, correct or delete your information, or to opt out of marketing emails.
Children
Our store isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
