Shipping Policy
- Where we ship: within the United States only. We can't ship to international addresses.
- Processing time: ready-made items ship within 3 to 5 business days of your order. Custom orders ship after the balance is paid (see Custom Orders).
- Carriers and cost: we ship with USPS or UPS. Shipping cost is shown at checkout for ready-made items and included in your quote for custom orders.
- Tracking: you'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
- Address errors: please check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address you provided. If a package comes back to us, we'll reship it once you pay the new shipping cost.
- Lost packages: if tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or a package marked delivered can't be found, contact us at helpme@ipvprints.com and we'll help file a claim with the carrier.
- Heat note: some of our materials can soften in extreme heat. Please bring packages inside promptly, especially in summer.
