Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from IPV Prints (www.ipvprints.com), which is operated by Inflection Point Ventures LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
- Products. We sell ready-made and custom 3D printed items. Product photos may include computer renderings to show different views. Actual items may vary slightly in color and finish. Dimensions are approximate.
- Prices and payment. All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely through Zoho Payments. We don't see or store your full card number. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.
- Custom orders. Custom work is governed by our Custom Orders page, including the 50% deposit, balance-before-shipping and cancellation terms.
- Shipping. We ship within the United States only. See our Shipping Policy.
- Returns and refunds. See our Returns & Refunds policy. Ready-made items are final sale unless damaged or defective.
- Intended use. Our products are for decorative and general household use unless a listing says otherwise. They are not toys for children under 3, not food-safe, and not intended for safety-critical, medical or load-bearing uses. Keep items away from open flames. Use only LED tea lights in lanterns and candle holders. Some materials can deform in high heat, for example inside a hot car.
- Intellectual property. Our original designs, photos and site content belong to Inflection Point Ventures LLC. Some products are made from third-party designs under commercial licenses. For customer-supplied designs, you confirm you hold the rights to have them reproduced.
- Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
- Age. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
- Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted when you order applies to that order.
